I am an experienced Commercial Manager with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, that has worked on projects ranging in value up to £95m. I am a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. I am commercially and contractually aware, with a sound knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry:

  • Rail specialist: station upgrades, track renewal, depot works, and overhead line equipment
  • Civil engineering
  • Building: healthcare, education, and commercial
  • External envelope and structural glazing works

Projects have included rail, industrial, bridge refurbishment, structural glazing and cladding, hospitals, demolition, tunnel lining works, and decontamination.

Having worked in the contracting and sub-contracting side of construction for nearly 30 years, I established my own limited company in 2014, and now work as a freelance Commercial Manager.
